If you find the item becomes defective after 30 days of receipt, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time. We will then repair or replace the item. We are sorry that we are unable to provide any refund after 30 days of receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility for any returning postage cost, and tecknetonline.co.uk will pay the postage fee of sending back the repaired or replacement item back to the customer’s original shipping address.

• Please inform us ASAP through Online Return Procedure.
• Sign into your account, click "Completed orders", select the order containing the items you would like to return.
• Click on "RETURN ITEMS" button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
• If the item is defective, please specify the problem as descriptive as possible in details in the “Comments” area.
• The return request will be authorized within 24 hours,  you will then receive an email containing your RMA number
• Once the above steps are completed, the return shipping label and relevant documents will be ready for you to print from the “Return Requests” page, which contains important return procedure information.
• The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
• It is the customer’s responsibility for any returning postage cost, and tecknetonline.co.uk will pay the postage fee of sending back the repaired or replacement item back to the customer’s original shipping address..
• For your protection, we recommend you to use the recorded-delivery service if the returned item worth 50 GBP or more.

Please ensure that the return item is adequately protected in transit as we are unable to accept any soiled goods. All goods will be inspected on return.
